January 2026 Overnight Retreat (Senior NSCE Only)

Musically, this winter retreat will focus on workshopping new material for the Fiddle Summit and our February Choir Collaboration.

Retreat Fee
Retreat fees are based on cost-recovery.
The total for the February retreat is $210 + GST and processing, which includes:
Accommodation and meals at Loon Lake (they charge us ~$218 + GST per person for two nights).
All food preparation done onsite by Loon Lake staff.
A subsidy applied from a surplus at our September retreat, which allowed us to lower the overall cost.
Accompanist fees (which are usually included in retreat fees) have also been subsidized but the Celtic Ensemble for this event.

Retreat Schedule
Friday - 4:30pm-5pm arrival & check in! Activities until 10:30pm (dinner provided)
Saturday - 8:00am -11:00pm (breakfast, lunch, dinner provided)
Sunday - 9:00am-1:00pm (breakfast, lunch provided)
